So February has come and gone and I did not post once here. So much for being organised.
Actually, that is a lie. What a massive month February was. On the boring end of the spectrum, my paid job has kept me on my toes, loads of work to do that has left me shattered at the end of the day and need to get the right side of my brain working.
On the more fun part of the spectrum, I have set myself up to sew more. You can see what I have been up to at thekteedesigns.com. I have begun photographing clothes that I have made and will gradually add these to my pattern database, blog and Instagram.
On the table at the moment is my beautiful Winter coat to hem up and Summer dress to finish off.
I have taken on the challenge of #the100dayproject, my project being sorting through my photos and posting a new photo every day. What a lot of fun it has been. I have found a heap of photos I forgot I had taken and this mini project is allowing me to collate and reminisce. You can see my photos at katherinequirkephotography.com
My forever on the drawing board Where’s Teddy project is now starting to get off the ground. More to come on that but you will see some photos on my Instagram and at katherinequirkephotography.com.
February was a month of mental fighting with my ever crappy sinuses. I have no idea why they have been so pesky. A blocked nose makes me so so tired. It makes it hard to maintain motivation.
And finally, February was the month my crazy husband added a new morning drink to our list of healthy foods, just as crazy I added a night time drink to the repertoire. Both make my face go scrunchy and both seem to be aiding and abetting my very slow weight loss.
So here we are into March 2021 and I keen to make up for my lost time of February. I am motivated and excited.
